I've tried literally every product for neck pain over the years. Massage guns, heating pads, tens units, pillows. This is the first one that has all three things I need: proper contour, real heat, and gentle vibration. I use it for nursing but also just in the evenings while I watch tv. My husband is jealous.
I don't usually leave reviews but this deserves one. I have been nursing for 10 months and started getting really bad neck pain around month 6. Bought this and within a few uses I was sleeping better and waking up without the frozen neck feeling. It's now part of my routine and I don't skip it. Highly recommend.

I'm a chronic pain person already and postpartum destroyed my neck. The fabric is so soft, doesn't irritate my skin at all. Cheaper than one chiropractor visit and works better.
